Surface feed only. Sprinkle some on the surface of your bin, mist with water. Cover the surface with a damp newspaper. Don't feed again until the food is gone. 

It's not good to overfeed. If you feed your worms food scapes you can use this occationally in addition. You can also feed this as their only food also.
